Advtravl, Inc. (dba Ocoos) in Ocala, FL is seeking multiple Senior Software Engineers. Ocoos, founded in 2011, aims to create a new style of Internet marketing, in order to solve many issues currently perceived in the current Internet environment. We are seeking multiple Senior Software Engineers to research and develop software for website services. Position comprises all stages of development and includes requirements gathering, documentation, coding, testing, debugging, and maintenance. Expected to engage in product development efforts with tools and solutions that increase productivity and efficiency; research, design, develop, and test GUI’s and assist product integration efforts.  Specific responsibilities include development of back-end algorithms to support website development, ecommerce, scheduling, analytics, and data mining within the Ocoos platform; management of the interfaces to all the supported payment systems (paypal, authorize.net, etc); and management of the cloud server resources from the point-of-view of backup, responsiveness, and robustness. Position requires a Master’s in Computer Science, Electrical & Computer Engineering or a related field along with 3 years of experience with backend algorithmic development (PHP, JQuery, Javascript), ecommerce payment systems (Paypal, authorize.net, etc), and Cloud Services Platforms (Amazon, Rackspace).
