SIMPLE SWEET PEACH GRILLED PORK CHOPS
Select pork chops that are at least one inch thick. Rub the chops with salt, pepper, garlic
granules, and olive oil. Let set for one
hour.
For propane grills fill smoker box with Sweet Peach wood
chips. When the chips begin to smoke add
pork chops on medium heat. Cook for ten
minutes to a side or until pork is white throughout.
Simple and easy but with a taste to die for. We have tried all of our wood chips with pork
but Sweet Peach is by far the winner!
For an extra peach kick, dilute peach nectar with water in a
spray bottle. Spritz the chops several
times during grilling.
Serve with grilled summer squash and peach salsa.
