What can be said about this great bike it came to us a basket case leaking oil from everywhere and sprayed in layers of Krylon paint. The bike was completely disassembled every nut and bolt was taken off. From there the frame was blasted straightened and powder coated. Every bearing, bushing, nut and bolt, was replaced. All new drum brakes were installed the suspension was rebuilt. The entire bike was rewired a new kicker 4-speed transmission was installed. New starter, new belt drive primary, and the engine were rebuilt. New gauge and lights were put on.
The seat was reupholstered and the tins were striped body worked and the painted in a two-tone black and silver scheme. New rims and tires gave the bike some grip and some of the chrome was power coated to give it that modern but classic blacked out look. Although it may not look comfortable the bike is and personally I would have no trouble hopping on it and riding to California if the owner would have allowed me.
